Abstract

The development literature address detention to economic growth in integration with social development, and this according to new dimensions of the post-Cold War, thus the emergence of new levels of human security. These papers aim overall ,treating the extende dissue of development in conjunction with the advent of processors and international contributions in order to provide new approaches, this is what led to integration and providing etymological framework for expanded human security. Human development approach came to promote more well-being to humans, and focus on the quality of human life: politically, economically and socially with a large margin of freedom and social justice.
