Abstract

This research aims at identifying the threats that affect human security, and thus their impact on national security. At present time , attention has shifted from the concept of security related to the state to the concept of security related to human being and all its different fields and dimensions. The experiences of the Arab Spring proved that human being security is has priority over nations security, because the security of nations - states - is linked to human security In other words, the traditional analysis of units from the state as a unit of analysis has shifted to analysis modern human-centered units. Because the sum of of individuals security means the security of the whole society, and the security of society means state security. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method which based on identifying the phenomenon, describing its nature, the quality of the connection between its variables, the interpretation of the data, and information its classification, its measurement, and the extraction of the results. The study concluded the following results: The human security threats are multiple by multiple actors: From human being himself, threats from the state and between nations and threats because of human being (climate natural wars).
