Abstract

One of the most important consequences in Iraq After 2003, of the is the spread of financial and administrative corruption, and since the financial and administrative corruption have repercussions on various aspects of life, economic, social, political and cultural, its reflection on development seems clear that it leads to disabling it, and this is evident in our understanding to Development as a concept of "change." So the Development is a process of change that encompasses man, society and the state at the vertical level and it's integrated in all aspects of political, economic, cultural, social, urban and moral life, Horizontal level. The objective of this research is to highlighting the consequences arranged on the financial and administrative corruption phenomenon on the development process in Iraq after 2003, based on the assumption that the development strategy in Iraq after the change of the political system in 2003 confronted many obstacles and internal variables, which in turn delayed their progress, and one of major obstacles represent in financial and administrative corruption phenomenon. In order to achieve the objective of the research and in line with its assumption (hypothesis), the researches divided into three sections, the first section deals with the concept of corruption and its types and causes. While The second section concern with the development strategy of the successive Iraqi governments after 2003. The third section illustrates the reflection of financial and administrative corruption on development in Iraq after 2003. Finally, the research ends with conclusion
