Abstract

 The political transformations which Algeria experienced after the events of October 1988 and the resulting changes in the area of the democratic constitution of 1989, which led to the emergence of several patterns and trends in the behavior of voters, especially in light of the changes that accompanied the political sphere and the economic, social and cultural aspect, Which has been manifested through the election dates from the beginning of the 1990s where several citizen knew the electoral behavior of the fluctuations in the rates of popular participation in each election date which led to raised several questions about the factors and indicators that the intervention in the formation of the electoral behavior of the individual building where the aim of the study is to identify the social and political reality of political participation through the electoral code of conduct in the electoral processes.
