Abstract

By the end of the Cold War the security challenges became most complex , especially with the development of some cases which cannot pose a direct threat to the state, but unfortunately can undermine and lessen its capacities to control and protect its borders from any aggression. Also the threat may cause disturbance and instability whether on the internal level or in its interactions with other countries of insidemetrical regional or international.
