This study aims to identify the nature of the Jordanian electoral fugitives, in which the 2016 parliamentary elections were held, and how the Jordanian constitution and electoral law deal with the electoral system, the right to vote, the right to run for parliament and the Jordanian electoral system. The Jordanian election of 1952 and its amendments determined the election as a general, direct and secret election, while it did not specify the type of the electoral system, and then passed the vote for the House of Representatives and the electoral law of the House of Representatives No. 06 of 2016,take the proportional representation system open relative list .the sudy recommended that the election law be amended to increase the number of parliamentary seats and adopt a mixed electoral system of individual constituencies. the electoral districts should be divided into large constituencies at the governorate .At the level of administrative divisions within the governorates and the Boudouin areas
