Abstract

The sustainable development theme is of great importance in the current era, especially in the contemporary one, because it always meets the requirements of new generations, and tries to ensure a better future for generations to come. The integrated risk management involving ISO 31000, and cleaner production techniques aims at integrating economical social and ecological dimensions, not only as plans and policies but also as good administrative behavior by adopting a culture of management towards all companies. The integrated risk management is considered as an important sign of the evaluation of the economical companies contribution to a sustainable development in general, and the contribution of the port company of Skikda in particular. Our case study shows a rate of 63.88% of integrated risk management requirements, this significant level helps the company to strengthen its prevalence and competitiveness efficiently in order achieve sustainable development.
