Sustainable development is the optimal environment for human beings to ensure the enjoyment of all basic rights while taking into account the continuity of use for future generations, especially for marginalized groups such as minorities. However, poverty, corruption, lack of aid and its decline, indebtedness, conflicts and wars, military spending, infectious diseases and other handicaps have prevented human rights. Therefore, adult governance, with its basic principles guaranteeing human rights and development, remains a necessary means to address these obstacles. This is within the framework of environmental governance, which is considered the crucible in which the idea of sustainable development must be developed in order to activate it and achieve its objectives.
