Abstract

 The aim of this paper is to highlight the developmental roles of international non-governmental organizations, especially since reading the literature of charitable and voluntary work indicates that the phenomenal increase in the number of NGOs in the last two decades of the last century is accompanied by a variety of jobs, in addition to basic development activities such as health and Education and the provision of humanitarian needs, NGOs have become concerned with new issues such as the environment, social justice, women and human rights, spreading the values of democracy and participation by individuals in the decision-making process in determining their developmental needs, The article also aims at clarifying the various obstacles facing the work of NGOs from the lack of funding (suspicious) and human resources to a clash in the privacy of Organizational and community culture.
