Total Quality Management in Universities: Advantages and Requirements

Abstract

The article discusses the approach of quality in highereducation to overcome the various challenges and stakesfaced by institutions of highereducation, including the university, in order to meet the needs of students and the labormarket to ensure excellence. In line withthisapproach, we have addressed the concept of quality in highereducation  through several definitions, and benefits which can be gained through the implementation of this administrative approach, and this can be achieved only bysetting the necessary requirements and foundations for the success of the application process.
