Environmental degradation has pushed millions of people out of their homes and that displacement continues in increasing due to that environmental degradation. These environmental refugees will affect the peoples of the receiving countries by competing their livelihoods and in the other hand they will be affected by the economic, social and political conditions which they find in the receiving countries. In both cases, the phenomenon of environmental asylum will have an impact on the concepts of human security, environmental security and sustainable development in the absence of legal regulation nationally and internationally so far
