Abstract

Through this study, we aim to highlight the crime of falsification of electronic signature, which has emerged as a result of the technological development in the banking field, as individuals and institutions have become by card to make payments and meet electronically for various goods and services, which is done only by modern technology. Is the secret electronic signature of the cardholder unlike the traditional signature in the written edits and with the issuance of the electronic signature law no. 15-04 regulated electronic signature can be considered credit cards from electronic editors who may fall forgery and is a crime created and The seriousness that affects the information security of individuals and harms the national economy and weakens the trust between the cardholder and the bank.
