Abstract

The study aimed to recognizing the importance of training programs in activating the human resources rehabilitation process in the context of the knowledge economy of the cooperative institution of cereals and pulses dry - Batna. 40 questionnaires were distributed to the sample members of the study, represented in the framework and staff of the institution in question, where 38 questionnaires were retrieved and after sorting, it was found that only 31 of them are valid for statistical analysis. Such as percentages, arithmetic averages, standard deviations, normal distribution test and simple linear regression, as after the descriptive analysis of the study and to test the validity of the hypotheses, The study reached many results, the most important of which are: - The cooperative institution of cereals and pulses dry- Batna is interested in developing and developing training programs. - The cooperative institution of cereals and pulses dry- Batna, pays attention to habilitation of its human resources. - There is a statistically significant relationship between training programs and human resources qualification, in light of the knowledge economy of the institution under study. The study also came up with a number of suggestions, the most important of which is the necessity of sensitizing employees to the extent of their need for qualification, and the continuity of training in line with technological progress to meet the challenges.
