This study aims to identify the reality of job burnout among workers and its impact on their social security where job burnout represents psychological and physical pressure as a result of feeling oppressive, or for external circumstances that make the person unwilling to complete the work or be present in the place, pointing out that his reasons may be due to raising the ceiling Expectations in work or life in general and then collision with reality, or because of a sudden change in the work style or personal lifestyle, or the way of thinking and realizing life, and this would have an impact on social security that includes a safe environment for work and construction and reassures reassurance in the soul and forms Incentive Creativity and launching to future horizons. Security is achieved in harmony and belief in the national constants that unite the social and cultural fabric that highlights the national identity and defines its features, where it is easy to direct energies to reach the goals and goals that fall within the framework of values and ideals to enhance the national spirit and achieve justice, equality, equal opportunity and complementarity.
