Abstract

power formulated by Michel Crozier in the context of his development of the theory of strategic action, which has constituted a paradigm shift in sociological studies by combining approaches that differ in their relation between the phenomenological and functional direction based on their combination of power relations and the idea of structuration. Through the inductive approach, we explore the concept of relational power that emerges from micro-sociological studies of “sociology of organizations”. Thus, we seek to demonstrate the basic axioms associated with this concept and provide an accurate and innovative analysis of authoritative social relations at the organizational level, It shifts the research in field of organizations from causal analysis based on absolute and deterministic subordination to the analysis of power to the weak is concerned with dismantling the strategy of the actors and understanding the mechanisms pursued by the weak / subordinate to achieve the possible balances in his interaction with the strong / President in order to maintain the different interests within the organization.
