This study seeks, to clarify the role of the public relations that can play in promoting the Raising society, and promoting the culture of elections among citizens, in order to preserve and safeguard their national rights, by incorporating political awareness programs and instilling national spirit in government public relations activities, using political communication, and techniques to broadcast Messages addressed, and planned by to the public, to urging them to vote and participate actively on Election Day
