Human security as approach to combating illegal migration in Algeria

Abstract

We address through this paper, the role of the Human Security Approach to face the phenomenon of illegal emigration. Using an analytical approach, we investigate this phenomenon and discuss its main causes and indicators in Algeria. One of our most important outcomes, is the necessity to develop and implement a national strategy to overcome the shortcomings related to the living conditions of the citizens.
