The African coast region is the subject of unprecedent international and local attention embodied by developing strategies towards this region, and we recall in particular the Algerian strategy because it is a vital region to Algeria, It represents a strategic depth within its southern wing, making it affect and be affected by everything that happens on the African coast, leading Algeria to provid a development security approach in the region in order to counter the various security threats coming from the coast. This article discusses Algeria's role in the The region wich poses a serious threat to Algeria's national security through its strategy in the coast, by addressing the dimensions of Algerian interest in the African coast region, Algerian diplomacy in it and the mechanisms of the Algerian strategy for security and development in the region.
