This research proposes the idea of focusing on the movement of using and generating the scientific concept in the sciences of communication and information. for many years the process of intellectual construction in this field has been strengthened by the justification that communication is the science of intersections, evolving through theoretical diversification and intersection of knowledge when examining with communication and information phenomena. This research identifies two approaches to the adoption of the concept to and from the field of communication; the first way is transmission, which expresses the machinical style of using a concept that my distract from meaning rather than simplify it. The second way is adaptation it expresses an activity in adapting the concept linguistically, semantic and epistemologically to serve it in the system in which it is organized.
In this research project, we sought to review the scientific concept conceptually, and to review some of the scientific concepts used in the ongoing research process in the science of communication; we also tried to explain them in the context of the origin of the concept and its significance and its uses, before we address the issue of concepts emerging from mating Technology to communicate, and then finally to the "concept" bets in communication science and information
