Abstract

This study is based on the idea of the close relationship between politics and economics, taking in consideration that politics is the key for economics and it’s the one that define the frameworks of the economic systems. on the other hand the economics have a big impact on guiding the general policy of the nation towards a specific direction and fortify it against the outside fluctuations and conserve its inner stability The study concludes that the social market economy which create a suitable atmosphere to liberate the trade and exchange and encourage the private investment, and the nation falls back on its role as the mains player in the economics activities While maintaining a supervisory role to ensure the social justice, and programs along with the civil society institutions to improve the living conditions of the low class groups of society. considering it as an appropriate model for the economies of the developing countries, as long as it's not being applied as a ready recipe but as a flexible general framework that enables social justice and economic efficiency.
