L’e-gouvernement : Approche Algérienne

Abstract

This article represents the term « electronic government » from the theoretical side and the specificity of the Algerian approach. In its theoretical and conceptual context, it touches the contributions of management thinkers about the definition of the term, its forms and objectives, in addition to how societies and citizens are supposed to be in order to develop technology and devote it for the production of public services. In the Algerian approach, we tackled the strategy of the electronic Algeria in terms of content and objectives to evaluate the level of realizing the electronic government in Algeria through this strategy.
