The Treatment of the Algerian Press to the Murder of Saudi Journalist Jamal Khashoggi An Analytical Study of Sample Articles of the Daily Algerian Newspaper Al –Shorouk

Abstract

Murder is a serious crime that threatens the stability of countries. Thus, this study aims at finding out how the Algerian written press dealt with one of these crimes. The sample of the study addressed the murder of the Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi. The researcher adopted in this analytical study sample articles from the Daily Algerian Newspaper Al-Shorouk with the content analysis as a chosen methodology. This study concluded a number of results: The sample arricles showed a limited interest. it has allocated only two pages in all the articles..Whereas the most important goal is to identify the Western views of America and the European countries, which agreed to bring Saudi Kingdom responsibility to this crime.
