Towards Conceptualizing the acceptance of state’s regional status.

This research paper focuses on one object of regional studies field in its new form ,where many concepts emerged that try to adapt the changes taking place at the level of the structure of the international system,which in turn produced the regional level of interaction, as a result of the regions gaining a clear independence, and from these concepts ;we have regional power as an expression that refers the highest status in the hierarchy of the regional system. This paper highlights the significance and the characteristics of the concept in addition to the feature of acceptance or recognation as the most important characteristic in the assumption of this research that it will be decisive determinat of the success or failure of the policies adapted by the countries that are described as regional power, thus the most important of them is the regional recognition by neighbouring countries concerned with the regional power policies, it became clear that the nature of regional power policies is the determinant of recognition or not.
