Abstract

Material and human resources, especially technology, which are invented by humans are among the most important elements that drive the development of societies at the present time. The human resource is the backbone of the development of society and its scientific management, and caring for it becomes the main driver of all integrative processes in development. Accordingly, this research aims to know and reveal the level of application of human resource development methods at the University of Batna 01, focusing on four main axes: training, incentives, scientific activities, and educational technology. To achieve this goal, we conducted a descriptive field study of a sample of professors from the University of Batna 01 It was estimated at 173 professors chosen by chance out of a total of 554 professors. After distributing the questionnaire consisting of 32 items and retrieving it, it was found that the results of the four items were less than the average assumed on the scale. This means that the application of human resource development methods is low in all axes; Thus, it is not sufficient to develop the competencies of faculty members.
