Abstract

The study included shedding light on the issue of human rights, which today has become the subject of wide and great interest by states and international organizations alike, and one of its most prominent concerns, so it received wide attention in order to ensure its respect and protection through a group of international charters and agreements concerned with human rights, headed by the charter and bodies The United Nations since World War II and up to the global reality produced by the new international order. The study came to confirm the role and charter of nations and its bodies as a global body in the field of human rights, where human rights formed the common basis for all policies and programs of the United Nations in its main and different fields. and its various devices. Based on that, he entrusted it and its mechanisms with the task of defending human rights on the one hand, as well as with the task of ensuring their respect and protection, according to the powers it possesses.
