This scientific study aims to limit and analyze the international scientific publication of the scientific and technical research center about the arid regions, Biskra (CRSTRA) of food security for The Period from2019-2010 by monitoring the number of the references citations through scientific measurements then to rely on the bibliometric method which is used to analyze the scientific production as well as we used the VOS Viewer software to conduct scientific analysis and "publish or perish8" software that provides us with the indicators of scientific measurements. According to the results of this study, 414 researchers contributed to produce 124 articles on food security And that the authors prefer joint authorship instead of individual authorship by 93.55%, and the number of citations to international scientific publications in the field of food security is 1001 citations.
