When placing an organizational map in front of most employees, they will say that do not really represent how work is done in their organization, despite their orientation towards a common goal drawn for which the organization was established, so the result the goals diverge. Actors, individuals or groups engage in carving out a specific area through which they can exercise their influence and control, developing real strategies adapted in situations they face, and this is the essence of organizational politicization in the organization, as the latter is not just a static structure occupied by the actors, but it is also a dynamic field in it, competition rages between its occupants at all levels, to improve their positions, by controlling the shadow areas in Crozier's expression and accumulating their qualitative profits and capitals in Bourdieu's expression
