The level of psychological resilience of officers and subordinate officers working in the main unit of civil protection for the state of Batna

The study aimed to reveal the level of psychological resilience in the Directorate of Civil Protection of the Wilayat of Batna, by targeting a sample of officers and subordinate officers estimated at (46) individuals, so that a psychological resilience questionnaire was distributed to them, which consisted of (36) items distributed on (07) dimensions related to flexibility. Psychological, as the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method to achieve the objectives of the study. The most important results concluded that there is a high level of all dimensions of psychological flexibility represented in communication, foresight, tolerance, creativity, decision-making, realism and independence, with a high level of psychological flexibility among officers and subordinate officers working in the main unit of civil protection for the state of Batna, as the results showed. There are differences in the level of psychological resilience of officers and subordinate officers according to age groups, with no differences in the level of psychological resilience according to the variables of job rank and years of experience.
