The study included a research on the relationship between equality and social justice, asking about the impact of the concept of equality on social justice policies and their outcomes, on the individual in general, and on vulnerable groups. The study sought to memorize the development of the concept of equality, and to confirm its "humanitarian" reference and its "non-absolute" character. By virtue of this characteristic, ideas about responsibility for social justice were divided between joint responsibility (society) and individual responsibility (individual). The study concluded that the origin of equality is human reason and human dignity. And that the difference in the content of this concept created expressive terms in social justice policies, namely "acceptable justice" and "unacceptable justice". Relying on the specificity of societies linked in turn to the contractual character of social justice .
