Abstract

Corruption caused the decline of societies and led to the disruption of the state's economic, social and political functions, which reflected on development and the establishment of the rule of law, and led to destabilization and security of States. The paper attempts to address the relationship between the phenomenon of corruption and security to consider that the goal of the state is to achieve security and the elimination of corruption, and to be considered the main threat to the stability and security of States ,Finally, he tackled the experience of Tunisia in the fight against of corruption .
