Level of application of electronic management from the point of view of staff in the Religious Affairs Directorate of batna state

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the level application of electronic management in the directorate of religious affairs and endowments in the district of Batna from the point of employees .To achieve the aim of the study a main hypothesis ans sub-hypothesis was formulated and tested using the one Simple T-Test. Some statistical methods such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation to know the employees perceptions about the level of application of electronic management in the directorate under study .The questionnaire was used as main tool for collecting data and information’s from the researche sample of(35) employees. The study came to the conclusion that the main hypothesis adopted in the study was accepted ,and the level application of electronic management in the directorate under study was high according to the scale of the study, where the level of moral significance of employees’ answers about the functions of electronic management combined was 0.001≤0.005,with an arithmetic average of 3.47.
