Abstract

 The study aimed to identify the difficulties encountered in applying the Progress system in university administration from the point of view of the professors and administrators who deal with it. To achieve its goals, the study adopted the descriptive approach, as for the study tool was the questionnaire designed for this purpose, which consisted of 21 statements and five responses alternatives. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 60 professors and administrators chosen randomly, and after statistical processing of the data, the researchers concluded that the most important difficulties facing the application of the Progress system in university administration are ranked in terms of the degree of difficulty as follows: Technical difficulties and then administrative difficulties Then comes the human factor - the user - to a moderate degree. Finally, the study was concluded by presenting a set of suggestions that, we believe, will contribute greatly to overcome these difficulties and assist those in charge of university administration and improve their performance and achieve the goals of the newly adopted L.M.D system. .
