Abstract

The search for democracy has encountered many difficulties, which have required a series of reforms to be undertaken. On this basis, we have decided to study this subject, which aims to support transparency and accountability, since they are considered among the foundations on which the principle of democratic transformation is based, in addition they are linked to independence and the integrity of the judiciary which, in addition to its legislative and control role, contributes to the strengthening of the principles of governance.
