Cyber security challenges to face cybercrime

Abstract

This study aims to explore the realities and challenges of cyber security at the international and local levels. Especially with the technological development and integration of different political, economic and social spheres, protection of modern-day users of technology must be taken into account. with the expansion of Internet use and the growth of cyber crime and cyber terrorism. This study concluded that there are international efforts to reduce the effects of electronic crime at the international level. Through a range of international bodies and organizations such as the United Nations, European Union, Through a series of international conventions and recommendations, At the local level through the enactment of laws in this context, and the establishment of specialized structures to combat cybercrime in Algeria.
