Cyber wars - risks and strategies for achieving international and internal cyber security

This study aims to define the concept of cyber warfare as the latest form of inter-state warfare within cyberspace. This latter has become a source of threat to the states' security as well as societies, jointly and individually. This is due to its accessibility for all types of electronic hostilities against everyone with no discrimination. In addition to that, it is necessary to consider the international efforts being seeked to set up rules in order to achieve and preserve global cybersecurity that is considered as a common heritage. Moreover, this study sheds light on the Algerian experience in fighting this war in the light of the growing regional and international threats against it in this scope.
