Abstract

The objective of this study is to clarify the relationship between psychological security and organizational loyalty; this is done by highlighting the main factors that contribute to the development of loyalty in the organization. Relying on the descriptive analytical method, the study was applied an intentional sample consisting of 21 individuals, in the Directorate of Algiers Communications. The results of this study have concluded the importance of the psychological aspect of employees, and their feeling of satisfaction and comfort increases in enhancing their emotional loyalty, and the sense of belonging and compliance with legal regulations develops normative loyalty. Employee psychological and organizational loyalty.
