Constitutional Court's Role in Algeria's Legislative Elections

Our presentation aims to study the degree of to which the Constitutional Court contributes to the resolution of disputes relating to legislative elections, through its significant role as an electoral judge, so we unveiled the organic and functional system of this body to see how appropriate it is to resolve disputes related to the formation of parliament with transparency and impartiality. We have come to the conclusion that the independence of the Constitutional Court must be strengthened in order to play its role as an electoral storyteller with transparency and impartiality.
