Abstract

Public transactions are of great importance to the Algerian legislator, given the position it occupies as the means used by the state to implement its programs as well as the disbursement of its funds. Oversight and control of public spending, as it is the most common area in which corruption crimes are committed This leads to the poor quality of the works and services provided within the framework of the deal and damages the state treasuryTherefore, public deals must be protected to achieve the efficiency of public demand and preserve public money.
