Abstract

Conservative intellectual currents in the United States of America are an incubator for Zionist thesis related to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, as since the establishment of the State of Israel, it has sought the need for the United States of America to stand with state emerging Zionism, hence this study dealt with the nature of American conservative intellectual currents, as well as considerations that made Jews part of the intellectual formulation of these currents down to their role in the American political decision-making process towards the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, therefore many studies have shown that the American-Israeli relations are symbiotic relations that have never happened between two countries, This study thus provides a definition of conservative thought and how it appeared on the American political and intellectual scene until this current reached the centres of American policy-making and its reflection on the course of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. This study found that the Jewish religion is one of the most important pillars of the crystallization of American political thought, and that the United States of America despite its successive administrations continues in one approach, which is to support Israel, considering that U.S.-Israeli relations reflect a coherent cultural relationship and identity.
