Abstract

This paper presents the quality questionon the major features of the national legislative system, toward the prevention from corruption and facing it, firstlyby identifying these features, then exposing them to the basic criteria of the legal text quality; in the hope of contributing to the activation of the national strategy against corruption,through transfairring it from the reaction status of anxiety and confusion (2006/2018) to the status of a continuedand modern collective act
