This study aims to identify the problem of the cultural identity of the workers in light of the existence of technological change within the institution, in which it relied on the descriptive method that was used to highlight this problem and explain the nature of the relationship between the workers, and the study concluded that the use of technology affects the value system, identities And the cultural of workers, through sociological approaches that dealt with this problem, and dealt with the phenomenon with analysis, the results of this study was based on sociological approaches: considering this identity-value conflict most of the time leads to an adjustment between the local culture and the imported culture and a stabilization at the level of the institutional system. In the end, this merging constitutes a special culture of the institution called the culture of the institution or the organizational culture, and that this conflict does not pose a threat to the cultural identity, but is considered a positive and a healthy phenomenon in the institutions that requires good management to run the conflict only through its stages. Consequently, the use of technology cannot be considered an issue of identity problems within institutions
