Work is the basis of life and a human means to create resources as well as wages, provide job opportunities for the unemployed, achieve the principle of equality and cut the road for employers who try to distinguish and differentiate between workers and between women and men at work. Reality, as well as working conditions, the economic ability of the employer, the interpretation of the law that is best for the worker, the principle of freedom of work and not forcing the worker to work, the principle of equal opportunities, the principle of equality before the law, equality in dealing between men and women, and protection of the weak party in the work contract, which is the worker the weakest party in the work contract that is forced In many cases, the acceptance of work because of need and poverty, so the legislator tried to provide adequate protection for the worker in the face of the employer, the stronger party to the work contract.
In a second section, she dealt with the importance of labor legislation and the obligatory character of the rules of work whose provisions and texts may not be violated, whatever the reason, and the three elements of the work contract of worker, wage and legal nature.
