Abstract

E-commerce has many risks, and the more this trade is protected from these dangers, the more confidence there will be in this trade, which helps its growth and development. And the protection of electronic commerce is not generally criminal protection as much as it is civil protection as well by taking preventive measures, so that the data and information of this commerce are safe from tampering, when circulating.

Also, when concluding a contract that is made over the Internet, a signature is required to verify the validity of this behavior, and to ensure that it belongs to the contracting person.
