This study aims to research the common heritage during the political unity in the Hafsid era, the Bejaia, Constantine and Tunisia line, where the unity between the two peoples formed an important axis for cultural exchange and political cooperation, which led to political unity. From this point of view, the problem came to answer a central question revolving around how the Hafsid state managed to make the Bejaia line Tunisia into a political unity, and how was this reflected on the common heritage?
