Although Islamic finance has witnessed a significant growth, participative banking still remains slowing. Particularly in Algeria , Islamic banking in general witnesses several constraints, both legal and regulatory. In this paper, we will try to look on the causes of this retard and the possible solutions that may launch participative banking Algeria. And we focused on the Malaysian system wish is leading the Islamic finance, and it proved a complete frame work that can operate efficient participative contracts.
