Determinants of the Effectiveness of Time Management from the Point of View of Managers A Field Study: For Some Economic Institutions Operating in Skikda State

The study aimed to analyze the determinants of the effectiveness of time management in a group of institutions operating in Skikda state, and by developing an information form through which time wasting factors were measured in two main dimensions (organizational, personal and environmental), in order to discover their impact on the ineffectiveness of time management in the institutions under study, was distributed This form is based on a random sample consisting of (30) institution directors. Using the spss program, this form was analyzed to answer the study's questions and test its hypotheses. The study concluded many results, the most important of which is that effective time management would contribute to avoiding obstructing the achievement of goals. The study suggested the need to activate time management and utilization in order to improve the performance of managers in the institutions under study.
