This research paper aims to define the features of the relationship between "Bioethics" and the absolute (sacred, belief, authority), Also the efforts that have been made by many thinkers to get the separation, one of them is the American philosopher "Daniel Callahan", as archaeological digging is conduct in order to elucidate the origins of this relationship, Then an analytical approach to demonstrate its positive and negative effects, thus to present it to criticism, in order to liberate the biotic discourse from every practice that could place it in a narrow corridor and impede its development, the study determines that there is a necessity of liberating this discourse from every belief, authority or sacred, Also it should be opened to multiple areas, to make it a holistic, thus it allows addresses the thorny issues left by the achievements of science
