The study aimed to identify the training needs of teachers of hearing-impaired children from their point of view and their relationship to some variables (nature of training, seniority and professional level) in Algeria, and to achieve the goals of the
study the researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (50) items, distributed on (02) axes: the training needs Pedagogy, the focus of cognitive and technical training needs, was applied to a random sample of (250) male and female teachers representing the study community, based on the descriptive approach, and after analyzing the data, the results indicated the necessity of the training needs included in the questionnaire, and showed that there are no significant differences in the needs of these teachers according to previous variables.
