Provisions of the Sharia on Lease Purchase Contract -AADL Housing Case Study

Abstract

This research paper aims to demonstrate the point of view of Islamic Jurisprudence towards the rent-sale contract which is a residential formula presented by the national agency of amelioration and development of housing –AADL-, especially when we know that this formula is very requested in our society, this is why demonstrating the religion judgment is very important. The most important result for this study is the differences between the scholars in prohibition or legalization of this kind of contract, and for our part, we think that prohibition of this transaction is not allowed in our religion because in contents some violations
