Abstract

The risk has a number of objective and/or subjective factors that can be recognized at any given time. This concept opens up new research prospects. An example of the risks associated with night shifts in hospital emergencies could be realized or amplified by
organizational and/or human factors, especially in the context of the most uncertain health crisis the world has experienced since 2019. There is a nature. The aim is to highlight the issue of global prevention policies that mobilize two factors suitable for ensuring the health and safety of night shift workers. A qualitative empirical study at Bejaia University Hospital is proposed to answer questions related to this issue.
